Client Neutrality & Confidentiality Policy

Effective Date: February 14, 2026 — Provider: PrometheanLink, LLC — Platform: SMARTiDATA

1. Purpose and Role of SMARTiDATA

SMARTiDATA is a neutral business infrastructure platform operated by PrometheanLink, LLC (“Provider”). The platform provides software tools, automation systems, data management capabilities, and technical infrastructure to support client business operations.

2. Client Confidentiality Commitment

PrometheanLink treats all client information as confidential. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Business processes and workflows
• Customer data and records
• Internal systems and operational structures
• Strategic plans or proprietary methods
• Technical implementations and configurations

PrometheanLink will not disclose, share, transfer, or expose any client's confidential information to other clients or third parties, except where required by law or explicitly authorized by the client.

Each client's systems and data are treated as independent and isolated.

3. Neutral Platform Policy

SMARTiDATA operates as a neutral platform and may provide services to multiple clients, including clients operating in the same or similar industries.

PrometheanLink does not:

• Share proprietary workflows between clients
• Transfer confidential operational knowledge between clients
• Provide competitive intelligence derived from one client to another
• Act in favor of or against any client in business competition

Each client is responsible for its own independent business operations and decisions.

4. Independent System Development

PrometheanLink may develop systems, tools, or configurations for clients using general industry knowledge, publicly available information, and independently created methodologies.

PrometheanLink does not replicate proprietary client-specific systems or confidential workflows for other clients.

Similarities between systems may occur due to common industry practices, standard business functions, or independently developed solutions.

5. Data Ownership

Clients retain full ownership of their business data.

PrometheanLink does not claim ownership of client data, customer records, or proprietary business information stored or processed through SMARTiDATA.

PrometheanLink acts only as a processor and custodian of such data for the purpose of providing platform functionality.

6. Platform Role Limitation

PrometheanLink provides infrastructure, software, and technical support.

PrometheanLink does not assume responsibility for:

• Client business decisions
• Competitive positioning
• Market strategy
• Business outcomes

Clients are solely responsible for their business operations and use of the platform.

7. Equal Access to Platform Capabilities

All clients are granted access to SMARTiDATA features based on their subscription level and platform availability.

Access to platform features does not grant access to other clients' data, systems, workflows, or configurations.

Each client environment operates independently.

8. Professional Integrity Commitment

PrometheanLink is committed to operating SMARTiDATA with professionalism, neutrality, and integrity.

Maintaining client trust and confidentiality is a foundational principle of the SMARTiDATA platform.

9. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

Access to and use of the SMARTiDATA platform is a privilege granted by PrometheanLink, LLC at its sole discretion. This privilege may be suspended or revoked at any time for cause, including but not limited to violation of this policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SMARTiDATA platform:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including falsification of records or misrepresentation of data
• Use of the platform to facilitate, support, or conceal any illegal activity
• Misrepresentation of identity, business credentials, or the nature of goods and services
• Any activity that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law
• Unauthorized access to, interference with, or manipulation of other clients' data or systems
• Use of the platform to distribute malware, spam, or otherwise harmful content

PrometheanLink reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the prosecution of users who are involved in such violations.

10. Limitation of Liability & Data Risk Acknowledgment

PrometheanLink, LLC employs commercially reasonable security measures, redundancy systems, and data protection practices to safeguard client data stored within the SMARTiDATA platform. Data security is treated as a matter of utmost importance, and the platform is built and maintained with this priority in mind.

However, no digital system is immune to risk. Clients acknowledge that inherent risks exist in any digital platform, including but not limited to hardware failure, software defects, cyberattack, natural disaster, human error, or other unforeseen events that may result in partial or complete loss of data.

PrometheanLink, LLC shall not be held liable for:

• Data loss or corruption resulting from system failures, technical errors, or events beyond reasonable control
• Interruptions in service availability due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen outages
• Loss of data that cannot be reconstructed due to the nature of the digital incident
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform

PrometheanLink is committed to implementing backup and disaster recovery services and will make such services available to clients as they are developed and deployed. Clients will be notified when backup services become available for their use.

Clients are encouraged to maintain their own independent copies of critical business data where feasible.
